Blame PJ. Said yesterday that he couldn't see how this would be that bad for the BR area.

ETA:

I will stick by what I said earlier. BR won't get near 10-15 inches of rain, unless this system moves in a more northerly direction. I just don't see anything pulling it north.

Essen was really bad out in front of OLOL... people were still passing but driving slow and getting to the middle.

I10W had water in the left lanes just after the I12 merge.

Looks like I110 is closed at the Governor's mansion curves.
