I know we had some people on here who discussed this a while back so I figured I'd start something for everyone to post their results.
Anyone think they have a legit shot at qualifying? I'm doing the workouts this year as a barometer to see if I'd have a chance next year if I really busted my ass. So no real dreams of making it this year, just seeing where I stack-up. Workout #1 looks like a mother fricker. Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
Seems like essentially a combination of the max burpees workout from last year and the snatch ladder workout. What's everyone shooting for? I'm hoping to finish the 135 Snatches and then everything after that is gravy. I can only do 2-3 Snatches with 165 when 100% rested, no chance I could do any after making it through that workout. If I get to those I just stop.
