OCD is ruining my life

I can't let anything go. Poker is one of the few hobbies I have and I will have to quit because I obsess over mistakes or bad luck.
I obsessively check the same internet sites every 2 minutes when it's not possible that anything changed.
I can't function at the slightest urge to pee.
I feel guilty over everything, eating unhealthy or being too depressed to exercise even though I'm at a healthy weight.
My social and dating life is non existent, in part because I over analyze everything to the point withdrawing is the easiest option.
Medication saved my life from at one point, but it's a tough battle. I've finally got a good job and own a home and car, but I can't enjoy it. I dread each day.
Not looking for sympathy, I probably won't even read the responses. Just need to vent.

This gives me some anxiety. I also have crohn's so it applies to number deuce as well
