Memories. I remember a few $1 movies in the early 90s.

My cousin put in a bid to buy it a few years back. He wanted to turn it into one of those old school porn theatres where perverts would go to watch adult films. The bank ended up not approving the loan cause they said everyone watches porn on the internet now, it was kinda sad. Just no room in today's modern world for old time fun I guess.

You are full of shite. Randolph Ogden and his brothers have owned the building for the past 50 years, not the bank. He had a 50 year land lease that expired in August, he was never approached with such an offer. Cool story though dude.

Is your last name Ogden? Are you their fricking secretary? Do you know every offer that's made to these gentlemen regarding pornographic theaters?

Ooh you don't?

Then shut the frick up.

I hope this counted as one of your bi-annual posts and we don't have to read your tripe for another 6 months.

Saw my very first movie at that theatre. I think it was The Incredible Mr. Limpet with Don Knotts.

Well that's a damn shame. Old-time porn might make a come back like vinyl records and the moustache.
