I have a really hard time with this issue. On the one hand, of course we don't want North Korea and Iran to have nukes. On the other, they are sovereign nations, and I just can see how we have the authority to tell them how they can defend themselves, especially since we are still the only nation in world history to have ever deployed them. It's a struggle fo me.

The problem with doing anything with North Korea, as is the problem with our meddling anywhere, is what the hell do you do after you take the leaders out? There's a metric frickton of super impoverished people that nobody else wants to be responsible for. I don't even think South Koreans want anything to do with them anymore.

Didn't they tell their citizens about a 2 weeks ago that they won every gold, silver and bronze medal at the Olympics. And there soccer team also won gold in preparation for their 2018 World Cup win to give them the 12th straight world title?

We need to keep out if it and let China engage them. This is a problem that they have allowed to fester for decades.
