One of the most famous artists in the world. He does "street art" aka graffiti among other things. If he does a piece on your property you're pretty much instantly rich. People have removed walls to sell them.
He's also anonymous. No one knows who he is for sure. He's British. That's all anyone knows.

He had paint on his hands, was at the scene, and had a car full of paint. If he isn't, he made a big mistake because he should be convicted as Reznor since he obviously did it in this situation

There have been a bunch of places where his work has had the opposite affect. The owners have to hire security to make sure no one tries to steal a wall of their business and it can become a nuisance.
