I am sorry I can't contribute since I am a loooooong term Fapper. It started before dating and continued during dating, during every gf, during marriage....availability of partners really didn't come into play. Releasing the seed as often as possible is just a way of life.

I am on day 28 of no fapping today. I'm 42 and have been a heavy porn user as long as I can remember.
Being off of it is actually giving me more ambition to get off my arse and make something of myself. Being alone and wanking off has gotten me nowhere in life.
I'm not seeing any miraculous results or anything, but I am finding it easier to look people in the eyes with confidence when I speak.

This is the answer. All these people who claim no fapping has changed their lives or have completed the challenge and feel great were addicted to porn.
It's not the fapping, it's the porn that is the problem.

It became a huge problem for me. But fapping without porn, you're still losing yourself in fake fantasyland. I'm sure there are also benefits from cutting that out as well.

I'm married for 20 yrs and not fapping and getting it 4-6 times a week and exploding vs. fapping daily is way more satisfying. I prefer to not fap unless extremely horny, usually in the morning the night after. I don't always want to wake the Mrs.
