Non Fappers: describe something to me?

Every time there's a topic on here about not fapping, there's someone who talks about doing the 30 day challenges and how great they feel after living a fap free life. My question is to describe this great feeling? Is it more energy? Better attitude from not having fappers remorse? Endorphins? Healthier?
Not judging at all, as I've attempted many times and failed. I'm just looking for what benefits come with this or are described by this 'great' feeling if nothing else for motivation or a reason.

I don't know what the hell these dumb asses are talking about. I haven't masturbated my entire life. Hand to God. And all I can say is that although it's one less thing to consume my time with, I would have much preferred not lowering my sexual standards on multiple occasions due to the overwhelming desire to clean the pipes.
And I don't know about this bullshite related to more energy or feeling better. There are nothing but positive correlations related to physical health and well-being when it comes to regular ejaculation. It enhances your testosterone levels and actually furthers physical performance.
The only thing I have heard that is remotely negative is that there is an immediate depletion of zinc after any ejaculation which can impact cognitive function in the brain. However, how many people are doing calculus or physics problems after having sex or jacking off?
It's not better. Trust me. It might potentially help reinforce self-discipline, but the fact is that when I'm not having sex on a regular basis, which thank God for long-term relationships, I become irritable, agitated, and even depressed.
If you think it's difficult not having some sort of premeditated sexual release for a couple of weeks, try doing it for multiple months. It's the most tortuous thing you can possibly imagine.
