New Orleans is 60% Black and 30% white. 5% Hispanic
I always laugh and then get annoyed at these bullshite articles.
There are twice as many black people. No shite more of them get pulled over.
If the police pulled over every single person on the city theyd pull over more black people.

Those stop numbers are pretty damn close to the population numbers. Considering the vast majority of NOLA crime is committed by non whites, I'd say the NOPD is doing a pretty good job of not profiling.
