Rex isn't a super krewe.

Having St Aug and other great marching organizations blasting tunes in the early morning under the trees of St Charles just gets me tuned up. Best thing about Rex

I heard King Rex talking at Gallier Hall, he sounded like some good ole Metry baw who could've been a plumber by trade.

Also enjoyed the Zulu King. Don't know who he is but he should run for mayor

Rex puts more thought and work into their parade than all the other Krewes combined. While Rex doesn't have the best or most throws, I believe that the pageantry of their production makes it a solid parade.

That's not to discount any other Krewe, as they all work hard.

As far as worst parade, MidCity blew.

St aug rolled with Zulu today. They killed it by the pickwick stands. McMain and Shaw did too.

Think Easton and Tulanes band were my favs in Rex.

Nope, Comus. My nephew is a page, I have a prior engagement to watch my old dog that lives with my ex who is there instead. I hate that shite.

Mid City and Okeanos were both pretty bad this year for weekend before parades.

Freret was easily the worst parade hands down. Empty floats and half filled floats with no throws. And I caught them in the beginning of the route.

I had my first ride with Thoth on Sunday and it was a blast.

Ah, got ya. Always wanted one of those things. That's the best throw of any parade.
