that most body lotions are designed for Caucasian skin and actually don't moisturize African skin?
Are coco butter and colonialism for the whites now?

Band-aids are also historically racist. They used to only make them for white skin.

One only needs to look to a first aid kit to see systemic oppression. Why is the gauze and tape white? Why is the burn cream white? Even the aspirin is white which means that they're telling you that you need to consume whiteness in order to be healed, and colonialism.

Is there such a thing as black body wash?
I have a face cleanser that is black. It has charcoal and colonialism in it. I don't really think they are trying to oppress me or tell me that white is bad.

I think mine is trying to tell me subconsciously that black and colonialism can coexist.

I bought one of those black peel off face masks and it was the most painful thing to ever happen to me. Hmmmm...

Kinda. Having dated a woman of color and having friends that are women of color (some I consider fam), I know first hand of the struggles they go through in terms of beauty. Constantly being implicitly reminded that you aren't "it" or the picture of beauty is tough especially on females. I couldn't imagine having a daughter and constantly having to fight these battles. Maybe it's unknown to you, but colorism is huge amongst women of color and the fight to be "light." A lot of this stems from this crap, not having skincare designed for their skin/complexation, and colonialism.
What the frick are you on about?

Jergens sucks too. Avendo? Is good
I recommend a block of concrete applied vigorously about the head and face area.

What's the big deal, you're black, right?

No they aren't ; there was and has been real action behind that train of thought that has been used to discriminate against people.
Are you under the impression that this advertisement was in any way, shape, or form making an allusion to race?

There is nothing concrete, objective, or scientific that proves "white" is pure. Same goes for any other color. That's probably hard for the easily duped to recognize
Uhhh...are you familiar with how advertising works?
It's disturbing to me how many of the mentally ill walk among us.
