New York police department is confiscating legal guns from MC members

On Thursday October 22nd, the SCPD contacted a member of the Pagans MC and informed him that his legal permit issued by Suffolk County was under review because of his alleged membership in the Pagans MC. The SCPD requested that he come down to the station for an interview and bring all 10 of his legally purchased and registered handguns.
The member, in good faith, says he went down to the station with his legal handguns in order to be interviewed. This member has absolutely no criminal record and he had been legally issued a permit. He thought he could clear it up, he says.
The man says he was told that as a member of the Pagans his only options were to either voluntarily terminate his permit and turn his guns over or his permit would be involuntarily terminated and he would lose all of his guns unable to transfer them to a legal owner.
Guess the cops are saying frick the 2nd, 4th, & 14th amendments

so you're good with the cops being able to confiscate the legally purchased firearms and carry permit from a person who has no criminal record nor is accused or even suspected of any crime simply because they belong to a motorcycle club?

I have no idea what their numbers are. The number of members any club actually his is always a closely guarded secret. If you ever ask a member of an MC how many members they have they'll usually answer with "more than a few but not enough" or something similar.

The term "One percenter" is a reference to the American Motorcycle Association's claim that "99% of motorcyclists are good, decent, law-abiding citizens." I don't know what other conclusion can be drawn by calling oneself a "One percenter" than that one is not a good, decent, law-abiding citizen.

This is probably a waste of my time to try and explain it to you but here goes. A 1%er is someone who decides to live outside societal norms which includes living by their own sense of right and wrong. Are there 1%er's who are criminals? Yes, of course there are. But while it's true some 1%ers are criminals, that is not true for all, or even most of them.
To give you a point of reference that you might understand, 1%ers are sort of like hippies without the granola, flowers, and Berkenstocks.
