Both have hardwood frames which is a good start compared to most garbage made today. The quality is still tough to tell without a close up look.

RH, while expensive, has some really unique stuff.

I'm a big fan of these.

Between those 2 the RH one looks more comfortable and that is all that should matter for a "man cave". Honestly if it really is for a "man cave" you should get the best La-Z-Boy or similar recliner you can find. It should be all about comfort so a RH or PB recliner isn't required at all. shite, if I had a true "man cave" I would just throw a king sized bed in there with an 80 inch TV and surround and call it a day.

Our son's nursery furniture is from RH and it seems built to last forever. That said, without even clicking the link, I guarantee it is the most expensive option.

You buy nursery furniture from RH? How could you possibly spend that much on nursery furniture?!?!

Meh, it looks very "modern". Not everyone likes that style That doesn't mean they have "poor taste".

But alas, usually those that are into modern are pompous dicks.

I like modern and I was only responding in kind to a rude comment that had nothing to do with you.

That RH aeronautical stuff you posted might actually be considered mid century modern. It's nice to know another pompous dick also posts here.

Hey, goatfricker/ged-having/volunteer firefighter/semen farting/cum-dumpster bitch boy! I want a leather wingback reclining club chair. If you can find a quality one somewhere else other than Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware let me know. Otherwise keep your fricking mouth shut!

Rh! I have a 8x4 leather couch from them and it's very comfortable and good quality. It's probably 5 years old and holds up good. Most comfortable couch ever. It's starting to flatten a little because it's filled with duck feathers, but u can shake the cushions to death to fluff them up. Haven't owned pottery barn. I can't afford either brand, but luckily I found a guy getting a divorce who was selling 2 RH couches for 75% off what a new one costs on craigslist.

Hahahaha well finally you show a little manliness. Although it's on the Internet it's a start nonetheless.

We have one nearly the exact same as the one on the RH website. I'm sure my mom paid a good amount for it but it's been in our family den for as long as I can remember.

I love it, great chair

If you're looking at Pottery Barn, consider a LA-Z boy. Pottery barn is almost as expensive as LA-Z, but not nearly the quality

LA-Z boy

You must be single. You can find yourself spending a lot more money than that without trying too hard.

To the OP, you can find a better deal on a club chair in a dedicated furniture store. I've never bought from RH, but have some stuff from PB. Wife liked an area rug and coffee table/end tables from their. Not cheap and really not outstanding quality. Rug sheds this lint stuff everywhere and is been 6 months since we got it.

I know the exact chair you are looking at because I bought one very similar from another furniture store (except I didn't want a recliner). We used the one you linked to match up the rug. I paid 1200 compared to 2k. We also got a sofa from a real furniture store and got the same thing pottery barn had to offer for way less. And the quality is comparable. There were tons of leather club chairs out there. Hardest part for me was finding one that didn't recline. For you it should be easy.
