Not always true. I know someone that traded in their car at a local dealership. The dealership called them a few days later because they couldn't get the title to the car. It was because of unpaid camera tickets in New Orleans. They guy had to pay around 2k to get the tickets handled so the dealership could get the title. I don't know if it is reporting differences or what, but it can and has happened. Some people are luckier than others I guess.

They need to go back and put the live cop light traps at Carrollton and Washington. Pick up a lot of warrants that way.
