If it was a new thread about Nola being named top five murder cities in the world you all would be fine with the title like it is.

I don't think anyone honestly argues that Nola isn't a fun place to visit.
The issue for most is weighing the desire to have a good time versus putting yourself at risk of crime. Crime is increasing and in areas that are heavily visited by tourists. I think left unchecked, you're going to see more and more people say no thanks to visiting Nola.
