New info suggest Arbery may have stopped by construction site for a water break

No one goes jogging for exercise wearing what he was wearing. Doesn't mean he should have been shot of course.

I guess that would be up to the property owner to contact police and press charges. Seeing as this video is from December, 2 months before the shooting, and assuming the property owner saw the video and didn't make a fuss over it, I'd say that his trespassing means absolutely nothing.
