They aren't using anything that other brewers haven't used before. You could make a good beer with those ingredients but it wouldn't fit their narrative.

Sad to say this is true. I go to some micro breweries even in red states and the staff is hard blue, like chicks who don't shave their pits...

I had a brief interest in "upscale beer" but its not that cool. Drink bud heavy and save a penny.
