New ATM feature (bill edit)

The past few times I've gone to the ATM, it wants to give me all $100 bills. These are a pain in the butt, so I edit it to give me $20 bills instead. When did these machines start going to $100's? It takes like 3x longer to get cash now and heaven forbid if you get stuck behind someone that doesn't know how to do it. The lady in front of me took 5 solid minutes today and I never saw her take any money out..

I would rather have 100s. One of my banks gave me 50s the other day. There was no option to choose this though.

I guess I'm OT poor, but the only place I have seen an atm give me $100's was in Vegas.
The US Treasurey was talking about bringing back the $500 note ( William McKinley) as inflation keeps creeping up.
But yes, I'd be pissed off if an atm gave me $100's.

This means they have to stock the ATM less often. Which means savings for the bank. They don't really care about you.

I usually use $100s as blunt wrappers. They burn funny but I don't care.

I can't recall the last time I had a transaction where a $100 bill was required for it, let alone a $500 bill, not with credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and apps like Venmo.

I rarely use cash. It is almost pointless in my life. If I end up with cash it stays in my wallet forever.

There's a chase ATM on govt that gives out $100s, $20s, $10s, $1s. It ask you how you want your money.

My bank gives tens. I love being able to get fifty when I need it.

It's rare that I ever go to an ATM to take out greater than $100. I don't use cash for many things.
