Neighbors with loud arse dogs.

I have lived in a secluded area most of my life, closest neighbors were about 1/4 of a mile away. Someone sold off a huge chunk of land on the adjacent property a couple of years ago now there is a suburban community next to my house.
A person who just moved in over there has about 4 dogs they keep in the back yard that do nothing but bark constantly and it's driving me nuts. I can't sit out by my pool and enjoy life lately because all I hear are loud arse barking dogs when I go outside.
What to do?

man that blows. reminds me of some homes on highland road. gorgeous homes on a hill and some company bought all the land behind them and made some cookie cutter neighborhood.

Talk to the the dog owners. If that doesn't work talk to the PoPo. If that doesn't work 2000 watts of AC DC will at least let them know where you live.

It's only "disturbing the peace" between 11 p.m. and 7 or 8 a.m.
If the dogs are being neglected (barking for food or water, etc.) you can get Animal Control involved.
But first talk to your neighbor to see what's up.

I called animal control when I had a dog that wouldn't shut the frick up after asking my neighbor multiple times to shut her up. She finally dug under my fence so I had to call animal control again because I was trying to repair the damn fence. They said they were closed and to call on Monday. I simply told them "okay, I guess I have to shoot this fricking thing because it keeps snapping at me". A cop showed up within 5 mins. My neighbor wasn't home.

We moved. Seriously. We moved not far from out home and it's SO much quieter. I miss my old home and this doesn't feel like home yet but it's nice and quiet. Crossing my fingers it stays that way forever. We're in a small town in the country so there's hope.
