Neighbor question

I moved to a new part of town at the beginning of July and I got a place that was in a brand new triplex. Well the other two units were rented out about a month ago with the unit in the middle going to a chick.

Well she seemed nice, but recently we've talked a couple times just outside and she's started to think that we're somewhat tight. She just moved to Texas from California because, and this is what she told me, "God sent me here because he has a plan for me" and she's always rocking some kind of bible verse tee or something like that.

Well it's gotten to the point where she's started to notice my habits (drinking a few times a week, dipping, railing lung darts sometimes) and is trying to get to convince me that God has a different plan for me.

I usually don't mind that, but it's been like 5-6 times now and it's starting to get really old. I'll be honest, even though I went to a baptist university (parents went there and didn't have much choice) I don't really do the whole "organized religion" thing and I don't know what to say to this girl without either, A. Pissing her off because that's what bible beaters get if you turn them down, or B. possibly putting her into some murderous rage sent to her by God.

I don't want this neighbor relationship to be ruined and be a bad one, but I also don't want to be asked to convert once or twice a week. What should I do?
