Using vinegar products in place of salt is way better than those salt substitutes.

It's not, actually. Trans and saturated fats in frying oils are a bigger concern than dietary cholesterol

Do the DASH Diet. I did it for HBP and it worked. wasnt too bad either. still do bits and pieces of it but splurge a little here and there as well.

Agreed which is why you should always research this stuff yourself. Some people on this board do know what they are talking point. I would use some comments as a basis to start researching.
