I had exactly what you are describing and they required surgery because I was losing too much blood. I let it go on far too long and had become anemic and my resting heart rate was at 100. 3 days after surgery was hell but I've been good ever since. Dont let it go too long like I did.

Was the wife DUI thread this week too or was it last week?

Hot sits baths (as hot as you can stand), suppositories and stool softeners.

I got your solution.

Give this method about 4-5 days and I promise you'll get some relief.

1) Eat a little bit more fiber
2) Take a stool softener pill (or two) before bedtime
3) Get some Vitamin E oil, (you can get at pretty much GNC or Walmart / target) and apply to your affected area after any bowel movements.

After a few days, you'll notice the inflammation and roid itself will heal pretty quickly.

I had this issue (working out and all of a sudden started to get these too). I went to a procto and he gave me the usual prescribed stuff which only worked temporarily.

The method above was something I discovered a few years ago on some natural remedy site and I haven't had an issue since. If I feel any discomfort coming on, I immediately apply the vitamin E, and take a stool softener just as a precaution and I'm golden.

Hope this helps...

tart unsweetened cherry juice - organic - reduces inflammation

pineapple - helps reduce inflammation

Fiber - Metamucil is still great

as a previous poster stated, no reading on the toilet...get in, get out and off the toilet

Lots of fiber and water.
Flax seeds.

Depending on age and other factors your Doctor may want to do a colonoscopy. It does not hurt.

Some people with hemorrhoids have other issues.

Also, blood is bright red, and can feel where it is.

Same here. First time it happened was after a crawfish boil. Apparently all the spice inflamed the shite out of them and bright red blood all in the bowl. I'm like great I'm going to die, had a fricking panic attack and had to lay down
Now if a lift to heavy or eat a bunch of spicy food or over indulge in alcohol I expect to see it about 50% of the time. It's a fricking nuisance.

Damn, mine happens once a month if that, that had to really suck if it caused you to be low on blood.

Get an Rx for cortisone cream. If you let them get to the point where they become painful, you'll be very sorry.

Mine were that way for years and then they gradually got worse and then I hit a three week spell where it was constant. its just internal hemroids with a fissure on them. Little thing can be a real pain in the arse!

get some wet wipes to use in place of toilet paper when you shite...no scrubbing with washcloth, tp or anything else.

get some prep H to relieve symptoms when things flare up.

get some Mira lax and take it every single night for the rest of your life...

forget about doing squats and deadlifts...you are done with that...

all of this may seem kind of drastic....but if you chose to ignore any of it at all, your a-hole will meet a scalpel sooner rather than later.

Best treatment short of going to a procto?
however - u should start another post and address it to Owlfan86 - when it comes to bleaching and hemi roids he is the OT expert.
