Need ideas for getting cat out of ceiling

Friend bought a condo. Seller said she thought the cat ran away with the movers coming in and out. Turns out the cat is in the ceiling/wall. Animal control was called and can't get cat. Traps have been set for days. Day 5 of cat in wall. Neighbors wall is wet with cat piss.
What are your ideas to get this cat out?
