Just because a diamond is rated as Very Slightly Included, it doesn't mean half the diamonds in the world are better, and the other half worse. It simply means that there are enough flaws in that particular diamond for it not be Very Very Slightly Included, Internally Flawed, or Flawless

As explained earlier there is set of criteria defining the perfect 10. each individual is placed in the scale in comparison to that 10.
