For me, it goes something like this
10 - is that non existent women that men can only dream about. Problem is every man has unique tastes. We may never have a universal 10
9.0 - 9.9 That celeb that is HAWT, but receives deductions based on personal preferences; thin, crazy eyes, ethnicity, hair color, tattoos, gap
8.0 - 8.9 That celeb that is stunning but has a noticeable defect. Body parts don't match, butter face, teeth, man hands, pale, IQ
7.0 - 7.9 Is more of your hometown hottie. The girl in school that made you hold your book sack in the front as she passed. Just doesn't quite have the status, fame, money to be universally hot. She might need a little airbrushing or surgical enhancement, but otherwise shes got it going on
6.0 - 6.9 These are the really cute girls with various body parts that get our attention. There are not the total package, but chasable. Personality starts to add points here.
5 or below is where most girls fall. Your rating would depend on personality issues, their ability to wear the right makeup, clothing, body tone issues
Girls that you wouldn't date, don't get rated. Its a WYHI, or meh. Why take the time to even decide where the decimal would go. Theres just no interest. At all

yeah i was blown away at her in the miniseries taken, and i was somewhat sad b/c i figured she'd fade away by not growing up to be at least cute. i was wrong. she turned out just fine

No way she's anywhere near an 8. Butt ugly, especially in black dress pic. Where tit meets armpit there is a sag there telling my a lot (fits being lifted somehow).
