that doesn't involve rest. Too much to do. TIA.

Arian Foster would like a quick cure as well. There isn't one.

I've always been taught ice is for bones, ligaments, and tendons. heat is for muscles

Easy fix.
1.Get bicycle inner tube.
2.measure and cut the tube so that it reaches from you waist to your ankle.
3.stretch tube attach tube behind injured leg from waist to ankle.
4.Cut off excess tube material.
5.the tube will take the work load off the pulled muscle.
6.Resume normal activity like nothing ever happened.

Akimoto, never apply heat as first aid to an injured muscle. The blood rushing to it is enough heat as it is.

Once almost conned my wife into believing a good long blow job would do the job. Took her about 3 seconds to laugh in my face, though.

Well, you can't work it and heal it...you have to choose which is more important to you.

You did it all wrong. you ask for p and when she says no then you settle for beej. she think she's getting a deal when you actually wanted a beej in the first place. Psychology 101

Coffee Cured Pulled Pork Recipe
quote:
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, coffee and 1/2 cup of salt. Add the pork and rub the mixture all over. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 300°. Rinse off the pork and set in a roasting pan. Roast the pork for 6 hours, basting with pan juices, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 200°; cover with foil for the last 2 hours of cooking. Transfer the pan to a rack and let rest for 30 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 500°.
In a saucepan, boil the sorghum and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly reduced, 10 minutes. Pour the glaze over the pork and roast for 15 minutes, until glazed. Let cool, then shred the pork.

Bathe in epsom salt then wrap the injured leg with ace bandage when doing any physical activity.

Whichever way it got pulled, pull it sharply back the other way and, presto, cured.

There is no quick cure there is rest for a couple of days and then rehabbing which involves some motions and very light stretching of the hamstring and stretching of the muscles around it. Either rest it or retear it. Up to you.
