Wow, this thread is still running. I haven't replied since last night and people asking why it is still going.
They were filming "NCIS-New Orleans" yesterday as well, across the street. You could take all the photos you want, no problem. The only people complaining about that were the people driving the carriage rides, because everyone was standing where they park.
George Lopez was filming some kind of documentary or something, interviewing/interacting with people on the street.
There was also a film crew shooting a commercial with Sean Peyton.
Here are the pics (none are good)

Who am I bothering? The only film crew that had a problem was Lopez's crew. They are in a high traffic area of New Orleans filming, a ton of people standing around taking pics, but they single me out because I have "professional" gear (which it is not).
Even if I was paparazzi, Lopez would probably be happy that the paparazzi wanted a pic of him.
BTW, that Lopez is one ugly MoFo in person, looked like a hardened street gang member.
