NASA is about to perform another test on Space Shuttle main engine the RS-25..

The RS-25 will be used in the Space Launch System for our trip to Mars. The SLS will use four RS-25 engines and two solid rocket boosters.
We're about to burn through a shitload of liquid hydrogen over here.
I'll get some action shots or a video from the viewing stand for the OT.

Yes, we do, but it's an R&D engine on one of the test stands and we are constantly tweaking components and other variables to maximize thrust output.

My dream job was to be a custodial engineer at Stennis. I'd mop up puke all day just to say I was working for NASA.

These are new expendable versions. They are also being testing in different clusters of 4 and 5, rather than the 3 used on the space shuttles.
