Last Thursday I was jumped/robbed outside of a bar and my shoulder has been in pain and my lymph nodes under my jaw swollen for a week now.
I have full range of motion on the shoulder and can do push-ups, but still sore as frick. My lymph node seems to be getting smaller but is still slightly enlarged and sore.
How long does it take to heal from an arse whooping?
Do I have shoulder AIDS?

Inhale deeply.
If you don't feel a very sharp, stabbing pain, your issue aren't your ribs but something deeper.
In any case if it is your ribs, nothing you can do but time. Bind it in tightly to limit pain while it heals.

Yea so I inhaled deeply and no pain and in wondering if it's something else. This is on the right side of my torso 1/2 up. I don't think it's rib AIDS but if the doctors of the OT can chime in I would be grateful

Not going to pretend to be a doctor, but if the pain is there and it feels deeper than muscle soreness I am thinking liver or stomach.
