As long as you arent having trouble breathing, ibprofen, ice, and rest. Theres not a whole lot they can do for cracked ribs anyway aside from letting them heal.

I've had Costochondritis and it hurts like a sum bitch. Just got over my last flare up and it took about a month. Take Ibuprofen and apply ice & heat.
