Hoping for the best.

We all appreciate the updates, but certainly that's not your first job to tell us what's up.

Hopefully she has some family around, as well.

Best of luck to your girl.

having a loved one in icu is hard on everyone. try to remain positive even if the outlook is dim.

we're all pulling for her.

damn, that does sound like quite a rough week...

honestly, people here seem like asshats, but there are some damn smart and accomplished folks that post on this site...

it is kind of a longshot, but drastic times call for drastic measures...I would drop all of the detail that I could here (without crossing the line of giving out any identifiable info)and hope some of the medical folks have an idea or two...I have seen folks on this board solve some pretty damn amazing mysteries...

Your location says Metry. Are you on south shore? What hospital if so?

Sounds like an auto immune disorder. Has she been in a trauma lately? That could spark adrenal shock with organ shutdown.

I was about to post the same thing. My daughter suffers from a primary immune disorder and auto immune disorders are common to come and go.

Having a seasoned immunologist review her case would be wise if one hasn't been consulted yet.
