My cousin took a pay cut 6 months ago to work for a tech company that does this in Birmingham. (His company was one of the few companies behind the huge Don bust at the Super Bowl)
I just think it's amazing that he took a pay cut to do this stuff - these guys are all in, and it's getting more and more support every day he said.

Ashton Kutcher is an engineer by education. So not that surprised at a technical approach. he also does venture capital work so has access to entrepreneurial developers and other tech company resources.
