Mother arrested after toddler tested positive for cocaine..w/ PICS

When police arrived they found the inside of Gaylord's apartment "covered with dog feces, spoiled food, trash, dirty diapers and other unknown substances."
Police reports say the apartment was in such poor condition, officers were not able to stay inside to complete the investigation.
Child Services were contacted to document the living conditions.
While speaking with Gaylord and her child, officers detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from both the defendant and her child.
