So what did America listen to in 2020.. A lot of hip hop

Insane, the domination of hip hop culture in America is outstanding, everyone on that list except Taylor Swift is hip hop in some form

Kinda surprised he outstreamed Post Malone, America loves Posty as a rapper and singer.

I feel like there's a correlation between the fall of rock and roll, the rise of hip hop, and the moral decline of America.

Rock and roll is largely responsible for the moral decline of America

What’s crazy is the awesome music black folks put out in the 60’s and 70’s then you listen to the shite now.

I completely disagree. I realize a lot of critics of the genre when it was in its infancy used this as an argument against rock, but there was very little validity to it. Hip Hop actually promotes a culture of unhealthy sexual appetites, violence against women, and the killing of our fellow man. How many rock stars got gunned down in the streets of L.A. in the 70s and 80s?

I blame Shakespeare. The notion of romantic love promulgated in Romeo and Juliet is incompatible with a functioning society.

Yep, there was certainly no sex and drugs in rock and roll...
