Chief or just being referred to as fella. "Hey, how you been fella?" Gets an eye roll and sends me to the bar for a drink.

Well Chief, if I had to pick a worst I would go with brother/brotha - oddly enough I'm generally ok with bro. There is a lot of that in my area so I may just be immune to it at this point.

Bud, chief and sport (unless it's like an 80 year old guy talking to his grandson) are almost always passive aggressive insults.
Boss is douchey but not always negative. It's just generally something a guy who listens to Luke Bryan may call people.
Baw wouldn't bother me, but people don't actually use that term in the developed world.
