We saw some big numbers this weekend from one in particular.

Bus went AgentUtah with a 500# dead and new PR.

Not even close to AgentUtah but I'm trying. According to strengthstandards.co, I need to get to 570lb to be "elite."

I have Chest, Triceps, and Calves today.

I'm not really digging this routine. And it doesn't seem viable long term. I think I'm going to find a different routine before the end of the day.

Also doing chest/tri today.

I need a routine. Been reading up on a few but not sure what I want to do. Any suggestions? Running a 15-20% calorie deficit, so can't do too much volume.
I been freelancing for a while, with an emphasis of staying heavy and 4-6 reps

Starting the 3rd week of Kris Gethin's 12 week lean mass workout today.

Been doing the same stuff for 6 months now...was getting burnt out and needed something new to rejuvenate me.

Yeah, but it was a mistake. Looks like a good workout, but I just recently cancelled my gym membership and I thought I was going to be able to do this at home with dumbbells.

I found great substitutes for every move, but I didn't realize he made you go up on the weight EVERY single week. For 12 weeks, I don't have that kind of weight available.
