I took measurements today for the 1st time in 2 months (Just got back into the gym right before the holidays)

Chest - up 1/2"
Arm - up .75"
Waist - down 2 3/4"
Hips - down 2"
Thighs - up 4"

Weight - Started at 211 - down to 204 (I'm 6'1")

Feels good to see the progress.

Yeah, I have gotten some strange looks when I start off light and then end with something heavy.

How often are you trying a 1RM?

5 x 330 on deadlifts coming off a sickness. Test vertical jump wednesday. Should be touching ~11'3"

First time I did orm for everything was week of Christmas.

455 deadlift
455 squat
295 bench

Those are my end of year goals.

I'd be good with all those numbers. Don't really need to be stronger than that.

I want my bench to get to 335 and my goal is a 500 pound squat by the end of the year, got a ways to go... I hit 295 easily today so I think I can hit ~315.

Did military press, Arnold press, and single arm cable rows. Short day but glad i got something in.

My legs are destroyed from 3 days a week of hitting them right now. frick mid range pause squats and rear foot elevated pause split squats.

Can't do much nursing a rotator cuff injury. Working left arm on chest day. Did reps of overhead press with 115 with left arm today.
