I have a buddy who bought a nice, level piece of land on a lake. He built a nice dock and boat house and then put two trailers on his lot.
A double wide for himself and wife and a single wide for friends to spend the night in and fish the next morning.
Dude has it figured out. And an understanding wife.

I know someone whose family owns a trailer park. Boy that's crazy. You rent land and people move their trailer in. Then after they don't pay you take possession of their trailer.

Are you looking for a mobile home? I have quite a few mobile units I am looking to move. They are in SELA and never lived in, used as office.
