here's an example of a story that I saw on facebook about a potential miracle that had most people saying "oh wow".

long story short: woman is stuck in the car that is submerging under water. guy gets on top of the car, sticks arm in the water through driver's window and feels her hand. pulls her out of vehicle. they winch car out of water only to find out that the window is closed.

I wonder if they ever thought that, when the car was being pulled out of the water at an angle in which force of the water, that was inside the car, moved in a manner that would have "pushed" the window switch and close the window.

You think the electronics worked after being submerged?

I'm convinced it's a miracle that you are alive.

Maybe they misremembered the details in a highly stressful situation. Or maybe someone is making things up to advance an agenda. Even if true, it raises the question what about all the other crises where a miracle didn't happen? What makes these people special? I'm sure the victims on 9/11 would have appreciated some kind of miracle.

Nah...it was obviously a manual window and the water went back and forward in a perfect circular motion and hit the crank to roll it up...duh!

Your explanation isn't that the window broke and slid up or that the pressure caused the window the rise?

Your explanation is that while a fully submerged car was being towed out of the water, the water pressure caused the car window switch to move to the up position and then the car switched itself back on all the electronics worked and the window window went up.then before anyone noticed it switched itself back off again?

Just talked to Jesus and he was wondering why you're trying to discredit one of his miracles.

You might want to try to get in touch with him about it, he seemed a little pissed.

well...it's either a miracle occurred because God decided to roll the window down to let her out and then roll it back up when she got out for proof OR...it's a miracle that the switch worked after it was underwater and then pulled out. tough one I suppose.

da frick. I would believe a stupid miracle story over the water pushing a button. If anything the water may have caused some circuitry to malfunction and thus the window rolled up.

yeah......i'm starting to believe it was actually an angel.

I just kinda thought that there could have maybe been some stored energy but, after reading your responses.......there's pretty much no doubt that it was an act of God.

This is plausible. The tow truck driver may have been drunk and jerking the truck around making the water in the car have a whirlpool effect.

Or.. or... an opened door was mistaken for an open window.

There's a logical explanation to this.

Yours just happens to be more retarded than the miracle one though.
