Yep, know all three of those guys very well. Nooch and I were cadets at LSU AFROTC together, although he was 3 years behind me.

Yeah, I was figuring you were one of those dudes...but I figured it out.

Thibodeaux or something very similar, right?

You could easily be one of my bosses one day haha.

It was more of a joke, though.

Bringing this thread back. Are any of you guys in the 1-155 here in Mississippi?
Just wanted to see if there was anyone I worked with. Small world.

I graduated high school in 2011. Went to Ole Miss(only because of a ROTC scholarship). Transferred after a year to USM to be closer to my girlfriend who lived in Ocean Springs. Was talked into doing SMP program. Picked 11B simply because it was 14 weeks so I could get back to school. Guard contract would expire when I graduated. I fell in love with the infantry and decided to quit ROTC and focus on school and decided when I graduated if I wanted to be an officer I could always do OCS.

Finished my undergrad and started my MBA because my day job is real estate on the coast. Always had planned on making a career out of it. Don't want to get into a big political argument or whatever. I just personally don't want to begin a new contract that would be required for OCS. We're deploying soon. I intend on doing my contract and getting out. However, should we truly go to war after I get out, all they have to do is call and I'll come running.

P.S. Thank you to all the veterans who posted. You are truly my favorite people in the world and I have immense respect for all who have come before.

P.S.S. Go army. Navy sucks.
