Baton Rouge, Louisiana with 19.7% of all homes are "seriously underwater" according to RealtyTrac.

I like how they put LA after baton rouge. Wasn't aware there's another baton rouge anywhere else in the country.

well half of Baton Rouge is North Baton Rouge. So it is realistic.

The correction never really happened in Baton Rouge.

And I also think that the literal flood that happened last year caused some people to walk away from their mortgages and move into rental properties.
