They may actually have to catch her, however this may cause issue for a search warrant, bc they don't know if it's real or fake. In the U.K. they can arrest and prosecute you simply based on images without proof of substance.

That's usually how I've heard things like this come out in the news. Either cops see it themselves or someone reports it, the pic is enough to get a warrant, then they search the unsuspecting dumbass' house and find something.

I'm reserving judgment as I see some positives looking at the blog, etc.
Nails are done and clean. Can't see any lesions on her skin, which is nice. Obviously she has electricity and internet so some staples are available to the home. Kid looks happy and perhaps even has vision insurance.
The meth doesn't seem to be impacting her parenting or good decision making thus far.
