No. I didn't say that. What I meant is that when a crime like the above mentioned occurs, more than likely it is by a black person. I don't blame black people's DNA. I think it is directly related to the black culture, which happens to be much more violent than white culture.

Does it matter? I'm not running around lynching young black men because I think a large majority of them are worthless. It's not white people or Asian people or Mexicans doing this shite in my city. My head isnt in the sand. We have a crime problem, a poverty problem, an education problem, and a self-respect problem. we don't have a "black problem".

Unbelievable because they are on point? Or unbelievable because they disagree with you? The culture is the reason this is happening (meaning percentage - wise more crimes are committed by blacks). It just seems to be an accepted way of life, or at least a way of life that really isn't challenged by the black community as a whole.

If it's a poverty problem then why doesn't the most impoverished area of the US, Appalachia, have nearly the amount of violent crime per capita that the inner city does?

You missed his point.
Look, we all know the statistics. But simply saying it's a "black" problem doesn't answer any meaningful questions. If we try to figure out WHY blacks commit more crime, then maybe we can take steps towards reversing the pattern of dysfunction in urban communities.
