I don't do it and I cycle and swim, but shaving can be huge for cycling too. Like on a fifty or hundred mile ride, it could be several minutes difference. Doesn't seem like a lot, but when you are already at your endurance limit, and can get a few more minutes for free, it's a big deal.
But I just do it for fun. Not going to walk around shaved all the time for something I do as a hobby.

I keep my armpits shaved and I have shaved arms before.

My armpits are low or shaved. Hair around the love muscle is low so the ladies can really appreciate the close ups. I take care of my balls and asscrack with women's Veet cream. Feels funny for a day but it's no biggie. Everyone's satisfied.

I'm not crazy about shaving other men.
As far me, from the eyebrows to the toes get shaved once a month.
