Billed as upscale, but you know how real estate operators like to bait and switch. Includes 100 apartment units. LINK

Number one, there isn't enough room for all of that unless they are stacked on top of each other. Number two is what are you gonna do about the one road going in and out?

Plenty of room for section 8 housing, bruh. You Northshore residents are gonna look back on this as the camel's nose under the tent that turned your area into Baton Rouge.

No, the camels nose would be all of the apartments by Sams club and Target. In ten years it will start to go downhill and the West St. Tammany will turn into the Westbank.

Think TerraBella like area with more stuff. It is supposed to be very nice. However, they know it will cause traffic issues without major upgrades along Monroe St out to East and North Approach.

Apartments never get nicer. They only get shittier over time.

My parents live in Old Mandeville and when they started clearing the land for this years ago my father said its time to move.

It's just too fricking big and too many residential aspects. I always hoped that land would be used for something cool but this is way overboard.
