Billed as upscale, but you know how real estate operators like to bait and switch. Includes 100 apartment units. LINK

400 housing units, 60,000 square feet of commercial space, two restaurants, a 120-room hotel, a marina and public parks and green spaces

Plenty of room for section 8 housing, bruh. You Northshore residents are gonna look back on this as the camel's nose under the tent that turned your area into Baton Rouge.

No, the camels nose would be all of the apartments by Sams club and Target. In ten years it will start to go downhill and the West St. Tammany will turn into the Westbank.

Those and the shite apartments they built along hwy 22 near Franco's.

Think TerraBella like area with more stuff. It is supposed to be very nice. However, they know it will cause traffic issues without major upgrades along Monroe St out to East and North Approach.

Are there apartments in Terra Bella b/c eff living by apartments no matter how "upscale" they are.

Mandevillians are turning Mandeville into the kind of place they moved to get away from.

Yup
My parents live in Old Mandeville and when they started clearing the land for this years ago my father said its time to move.

It's just too fricking big and too many residential aspects. I always hoped that land would be used for something cool but this is way overboard.

Mandeville planning and zoning has been stacked full of tards for years now
