Another WTF from this investigation.
What mystery, the hotel has enormous exposure to civil liability, the last thing they 3would want is one of their employees who was directly involved talking to the media. Him and his family are being well taken care of by the hotel owners, probably in another of their hotels in a different state.

I'm sure. But here is the thing you apparently missed in my post about the current narrative.
Wednesday, Oct 6th- Sheriff doesn't know
Thursday, Oct 7th- Sheriff states it contains numbers, but they are researching their meaning
Sunday, Oct 10th, Officers on the breach team state they knew what the numbers on the note meant within 10 minutes of breaching the room.
Here is where the curveball is thrown.
Monday, Oct 11th- When he was once again asked to talk about the contents of the note, Sheriff Lombardo stated; "I'm not at liberty discuss that".
4 days earlier, on Thursday Oct 7th, he was able to state what was written on the note. And then day before the presser, the officers stated what those numbers meant. But then on Monday, he is no longer allowed to comment on the note's contents.
That is fricking strange as hell, imo. That's actually worse than a curve, that's a fricking circle changeup.

Here is my crazy, not likely in the slightest, but somewhat interesting theory regarding Jesus Campos:
It's that he is an illegal alien working for the hotel. And in the days before the shooting, he saw very suspicious activity from Paddock. However, because he was the only witness, and is an illegal alien in Trump's America(Which is a good thing), he didn't call it in to the police. He was nervous they would do a background check on him to see if he was a credible witness, and would then deport him when they discovered he was here illegally.
So now he is being "guarded", because they are trying to verify that he knew Paddock was up to something beforehand, and they will charge him with accessory when/if they prove he knew something was going to happen.
Also, the reason he didn't interview was not because of an FBI gag order, but because his lawyer found out he was going to interview, and told him to leave. Because anything he said in the interviews, could and would be used against him in a trial.
Edit: Again, I'm NOT TRYING TO SUGGEST THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED. This is just my thought of something that is a minor possibility.It's my insane, nutoso, uber crazy, and only has a.1% chance of being true, possibility.

I think we can collectively agree that the Campos thing gets stranger by the day so there is no telling what is going on with that guy. I highly doubt MB would hire illegals however. It's not like they are a small outfit that is cutting corners to remain above water.

Supposedly he was doing prep for making the media rounds and while going from 1 room to another I think at MGM, he just disappeared and hasn't been heard from since. I've seen that in a few places...that aren't just random website I've never heard of.

Whatever it takes to keep him quiet will be cheap compared to him saying something that can be used in court when the hotel is named as defendant in 58 wrongful death and 500+ persona; injury Lawsuits. The next time Campos speaks in public if ever, he will be reciting a approved script with a hotel lawyer sitting next to him.

What if this security guard was actually involved somehow? Wouldn't Mandalay be liable and go bankrupt?
Wouldn't that be reason enough to withhold security footage and make this guy unavailable?
If so, they'd benefit greatly if he were to just disappear...
