More importantly, it talks about Marilou having multiple names, birthdays, and social zecurity numbers.

There will 400-500+ personal injury lawsuits along with the wrongful deaths, plus lawsuits for loss of revenue by area businesses, lawsuits for physical damages to anything you can imagine, and hundreds of others.

Most of these aren't big claims. Plus they will all be swept up in a class action. Let's get CRAZY and assume everyone gets a million dollars. That's $500 million. The deaths will get more than a million, but a lot of those 500 had relatively low damages.

Let's call this an additional $100 million. That's probably high.
That's $600 million in damages. The biggest court case in history is $206 billion plus (Tobacco settlement). Even if you want something tied to one company, the Macondo incident cost BP $20 billion. So there's no way in hell we are setting a new record in liability.
On the bankruptcy topic, this has not been declared an act of terrorism yet, which means that their insurer may still be on the hook. Second they can provision against this and prepare for the blow.
