Id rather the shooter lives so that they can literally rot in jail. I think killing these guys is just what they want and it's the easy way out.
That shooting at the military recruiting place is an example. I wish that douche would have survived so he would have to watch his mangina (butthole) for the rest of his life.

But if it's only the shooter who's dead and 3 people are injured then unless a cop was sitting right there, that's most likely the case.
