My wife has messed around with me and tried to pin me. She's 5'0" 105 lbs. and I'm 6'2" 190 so I pretend she's got me for a second then easily break out, hold both her arms with one hand, and tickle her ribs until she calls mercy.

My GF hits me harder than I hit her(playfully). That's our version of this kind of playful rough-housing. I lightly karate chop her in the neck or 'check her oil' when she bends over. Then she punches the shite out of me.

This. My wife is active duty USN and tough as freakin nails, yet is all-woman. We have those wrestling bouts and she is very strong for a woman - as Navytiger says, its pretty damn nice when she offers up a good bit of resistance...which of course leads to other, much more fun things.

I find it to be just fine. I "Diamond Cut" my wife about once a month before we go to bed. Keeps her honest.
