I think somebody breaks into your home you should have the right to do whatever you want to them.
Posted on 4/29/14 at 5:55 pm to LSUlefty
This is the dude that shot the teens and then executed one of them. He deserves life.

Why would he record it, and why would he talk to the cops after? Idiot could've gotten off Scott free if he just went about it correctly

Perhaps if they're armed and looking to harm or kill you. Once you realize they're unarmed, and the threat has been neutralized - you no longer have that right. At the point you decide to take someone's life when they are no threat to you, you become worse scum than they are.

Yeah there is really no defending this. He did just about everything wrong in that situation.
Murder.
Murder.

Spoken like he's talking about deer or livestock. This guy is sick.

What was he charged and convicted of? Can't believe they didn't go for insanity, dude is a nut case.
Posted on 4/29/14 at 5:57 pm to Tuscaloosa
dude should be in prison for life ... you can shoot these two fricks - that's no problem ... if they die, they die ... baiting them isn't the problem ... repeatedly shooting them is ...

It's more or less a shame they're giving him life. Why not just give him the death sentence?

Eh, should have thought about arming themselves before breaking into somebody's home. You do something dumb sometimes you pay for it with your life. A good lesson for people to learn.

To be fair the threat isn't neutralized until someone is dead or they are out of your house. You never know what someone backed into a corner can and will do.
This guy still fricked up though.

Sure... but that doesn't excuse the sicko who executed them.
He's a much worse life form than they are.

I bet if the penalty for a parking ticket was execution there wouldn't be any thugs trying to get free parking.

The original story says they were laying on his floor, immobilized, and gasping for breath. He executed them.

It isn't up to the citizenry to enforce penalties for crimes. What this guy did was clearly motivated by vengeance. It wasn't done to protect himself.
ETA: He wanted to kill somebody. There was a clear willful choice that he made.

I said that he fricked up.
I meant just because you confirm someone breaking into your house isn't armed doesn't mean they are no longer a threat as you alluded to.

He knew what he was up against. If he wanted to get them, he should have tazed both of them.. Put them in hand cuffs and immediately called the police. A security expert would know better. Still.. Don't rob a house.

That defense is disturbing. And bullshite. If you're dumb enough to be baited to burglarize I house then frick you. What the guy did was wrong and more than self defense IMO. But idk about life.
Yea. Walking in a garage and picking up a purse warrants a few shotgun blasts......you fricking nimrod.

They paid for their crime with their lives.. and he should probably pay for his with his life too. The world keeps spinning either way.
